Hi All, Just in case someone else wants to try something stupid: If you're running PBS as a VM, DO NOT try to backup your own PBS Server to PBS. Tried it - ended up with a broken backup (and pvestatd needing a restart). Was it a stupid idea? Ummmm somewhat ;-) Otherwise works brilliant

Omg pls help i am struggling with this for over 18 hours now i have created a ubuntu desktop 20 vm after starting there is no internet i searched the forum but nothing works so i have proxmox installed on hetzner dedicated server and ordered an aditional ip to configure it for the vm this is changes in VM-20 reserves and communicating those changes to interested stakeholders. Once a VM is moved to a different resource group, it's a new VM as far as Azure Backup is concerned. After moving the VM to a new resource group, you can reprotect the VM either in the same vault or a different vault. Since this is a new VM for Azure Backup, you'll be billed for it separately.
Jul 23, 2020 · Once I attach the VHD to it, it never boots. Black screen, blinking cursor (if the VHD is the first boot drive), sentence showing I need to push any key to start booting from DVD if the DVD is the first boot device. But the VM does not boot. Once I disconnect the VHD, the same VM boots fine. Tried creating a blank VHD for the same VM: VM boots
