Apr 12, 2015 · Cisco Anyconnect no longer completes the creation of the VPN network. It starts connecting then pauses with the message "repairing vpn adapter". This has also impacted my laptop with the same issue after installing 10049 there which makes it appear to be a Windows 10 issue related to the newest build.
